I’m so pale and fair-haired that my eyebrows have basically been on stealth mode my whole life… until Paige stepped in. One dermaplane, a brow lamination and tint, plus an eyelash tint later — I sat up and thought, “Wait… I actually HAVE eyebrows?!” 😂 My skin? Glowing. My brows? Present and accounted for. Confidence? Fully restored. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better — a cheeky B12 shot to top it all off. Paige is actual magic.

Wow! What an amazing experience. Sara and Nyah are so friendly and welcoming. My eyebrows look incredible and Sara took her time whilst ensuring I was happy with them throughout the whole process. Above the Norm indeed! Normalee paid great attention to detail, and was solicitous of my comfort. The Salon made me feel pampered. The forms and aftercare were explained to me before the beauty treatment, and I was impressed with the end results. I’ve been really unhappy and conscious of a hollow under my right eye. I was aware that tear trough is risky so researched to find a practitioner that was experienced in this area. So glad I found Michelle! She talked me through the whole procedure, used superior products that are designed to give optimal results. Michelle took her time to make sure I got the result I wanted and used follow up appointments to ensure my eye area healed smoothly. The beauty room was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The process for my treatments was explained to me very clearly and Normalee answered all the questions I had. She provided clear instructions for aftercare and throughout my treatments checked that I was happy with how things were going. I had a pleasant and relaxing pamper day and am very pleased with the end result of both my brow and eyelash treatments. I would highly recommend Above The Norm Beauty.

Really lovely lady who took time to explain fully what could be done and how to do it. I loved the fact that she didn’t try to sell me anything and sent me the names of products so that I could do my own research on it too before committing to anything.
