It was My first visit to the nook beauty and I would highly recommend. Gem was absolutely brilliant, I have never had an intimate wax before and I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The room is lovely too. Rebooked in the spot. Visited Nicola for my first time today, she’s a lovely lady, the salon was pristine and I was made very welcome. I had the cluster lashes n they look great, Nicola gave me full advice how to look after the lashes, thank you Nicola.

I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

Yesterday, Nicola made my toes look beautiful with a lovely French pedicure. Nice and extremely neat as always. Nicola is super friendly and polite and makes conversation flow very easily in a tidy professional environment. Highly recommend. Thank you Nicola 🥰

Gemma is professional and friendly and put me at ease from the get go being my first visit to her. I will say it however, it was the best wax I’ve ever had hardly felt a thing and the attention to detail is second to none. Will defintely be back thank you
