She really takes the time to listen and gives professional, thoughtful advice, which made me feel completely at ease. I had a Hollywood wax with Lucy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but Lucy made sure I never felt self-conscious and talked me through the process calmly and kindly. The results were smooth and thorough, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again

I found Precious' shop through Google and I am so glad I did! She is one of the only places in Rugby that actually threads and she did an amazing job! I also got a wax service done from her as well and again, loved the results. Precious is kind and professional and made sure the results were to my liking. Would recommend!
