I arrived early for my appointment but was accommodated right away. Tracy was my technician. She made me feel at home and we had a really nice chat while she worked on my nails. Tracy made a really good job of my nails, she trimmed my cuticles which doesn’t happen at the salon I use usually. I was totally impressed with the final result. I was only passing through Newcastle but if I lived closer, Tracy would definitely have a new and loyal customer. Thank you Tracy will come by again when I’m in the area xx

Another amazing facial. Nicola is always so friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each stage of the process. Left feeling so relaxed and saw immediate results from dermaplane and microneedling. Looking forward to next one.
