Spent a fabulous 2 hours being pampered for my first dermaplane and microneedle experience. My skin feels so so soft after even one session Roll on the next 3 months

Hayley was amazing. My appointment was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a dermaplane to see Hayley.

Always excellent, had the Hydrafacial with dermaplaning. Skin feels so smooth, definitely recommend 😃

Very good Dr Nabeela was excellent very reassuring as I was a bit nervous about my treatment. Her medical background and knowledge was a great help. She is very patient and gentle hence not very painful.

I had a conversation with Ainsley about my skin health and my areas for concern and discussed the thinning and crepe like under eye skin and specifically dark circles. Ainsley went away and did her research to find the perfect treatment for me, considering I am hoping to avoid fillers. She sent me lots of information and was patient with my chaotic nature. I have had some Botox before and did find the pinch a little more intense on the sensitive under eye area but again, Ainsley's patience was second to none. I'm looking forward to my follow ups and seeing the outcome!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Very friendly greeting. I was informed in great depth about the treatments I was having done (hydrafacial and dermaplaning) and Selby continued to explain the procedures throughout the treatments.

Excellent I got loads of information and everything explained in detail plus lots of aftercare information. Hayley was lovely and reassuring throughout the treatment. Highly recommend 👌

Fantastic massage; head, face, neck and shoulders. Absolute bliss.

I've been coming to salon 27 for many years now, ive just had the best 2.15mins of my life, kerry was so lovely she was worrying about the room being to cold bless her, it wasn't her fault it didn't spoil my experience one bit! The girls are all lovely all you ever hear is laughing and joking I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you again. See you in the next half term.

Had a vitamin facial felt like a million dollars afterwards it wasn't Ruksana that did it but her colleague but nevertheless it was brilliant highly recommended. Only thing I would say is get gowns to wear so when massaging you can get to the neck area too. And not get the product on clothing, also have a blanket for the bed to give the whole experience a relaxed time. Overall good experience
