Mel is amazing at her job, she’s very through when she goes through things and really explains everything in detail. She recommends the best products tailored for you and I trust her fully with my skin. She’s made a huge difference already with only my second session and I can’t wait for further results! Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Sam, for such a fantastic appointment I really appreciate how well you looked after me!

Excellent as always .. opted for the new Korean lash lift this time and WOW .. they popped and are continuing to pop. Perfect for a day to day perfect look and perfection with a little mascara for the glam look. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Beth always makes you feel like you’re having a catch up with a friend and makes you super cosy with the warming blankets. :) which ever treatment choices you need I’d always recommend Beth :)

I’ve been going to Beth for my lashes for over 10 years and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. She is the absolute best at what she does with amazing results every time. As well as perfect lashes, I always get a warm welcome and a great chat. Highly recommend!

Hannah was lovely—she made me feel comfortable and really well looked after. Very professional. As a nurse myself with an interest in aesthetics, I found her incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back for more treatments.
