She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. Thank you Mirella, and of course will come back for more!

Absolutely great,wish I had found Liv sooner as really knows & cares about each treatment & person. I had a PIL facial ( for help with pigmentation + dermaplaine 1st)skin feels so clean,calm & hydrated). Really worth trusting Olivia with any treatment or related advice you may need .

Amazing facial with Liv having the Power Peptide Peel & Dermaplaning. Exceptional service, very professional and knowledgeable. Made sure I was always comfortable and talked me through each product. I had the Honey Enzyme Peel treatment IS Clinical facial and it was so relaxing! My skins feels so smooth and new. The massage was amazing, I nearly fell asleep, the atmosphere of the room was chilled and calm Can’t wait to book in again

A very lovely Treatment relaxing and beneficial to my well being thankyou Holly loved the shoulder arm massage my lower back is feeling great too Legs felt so much lighter when I walked out. Just felt it was cut short a bit as I thought I had booked the ultimate aromatherapy experience 1hr 30mins but seems I had the hour long one never mind face gets it next time haha Thanks again as always love what ever I have at the reading rooms.
