The session itself is one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced and for me allows a meditative state. Hollie is a wonderful person who is brilliant at what she does. I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

I had microneedling and I was extremely nervous as it was the first time, and not only did Hollie put me at ease but the procedure was easy and there was hardly any redness, I am really happy with the results, so much so that I have booked a follow up appt in 6 weeks. Hollie is extremely knowledgeable and the service she offers id first class. I can fully recommend her.

Mia is a very talented nail technician. She is a wonderful person to spend time with and I very much enjoy my visits. I often get very positive comments about my nails. She offers great suggestions on colours and nail art for the right occasion.
