Fran is always fantastic, answers questions i have, gives in depth guidance on after care and stages of healing. I cannot recommend her enough, she is thorough with amazing knowledge and experience. I am also incredibly grateful to know that her training and learning journey is always being updated, added on to and improving. Genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had. The hair combing and head massage was a pleasant surprise too ! Left with glowing skin and cannot wait to see how my skin looks in a weeks time! Defo my new regular facial place!!

Hayley explained everything in great detail before the procedure and was really thorough about what it entailed. We had a discussion about what i was hoping to achieve and Hayley talked me through it all. She was very gentle, careful and let me know what was happening as she went along. I felt so comfortable with Fran, she advised me what she thought would be good for me & advised what she didn't think would be necessary. She was very thorough with my medical history and her paperwork, and numbed me prior to the appointment which made me feel safe. 100/10 recommend to anyone looking to begin their journey!

Amelia is incredibly kind and patient , and is always asking what I would like /need . She answers any questions I have with an honest reply and she genuinely cares .
