Very kind, professional and thorough service from Charlotte who made me feel very comfortable and explained clearly the different steps of the treatment. Sophie is really informative and knowledgeable. I think due to her own struggles with her own skin she has researched products to great extent and recommends techniques that have worked for her and that she’s seen results with. I had micro-needling and polynucleotides under the eye. Happy with the results so far. Skin very smooth and soft. Will follow up with the recommendation of two more polynucleotide treatments and update accordingly.

Lovely atmosphere, and Abi was amazing took time and care making my nails look fantastic again.
