Katie performed a deep tissue neck / shoulder massage on my mum and she couldn’t have spoken more highly about the experience! Katie is incredibly friendly and used hard pressure (as requested) to relieve muscle tension. Overall 10/10 experience and my mum will be back. Don’t hesitate to book with Katie, she’s wonderful!!

I had a lovely experience at the Berkhamsted branch getting my BIAB nails done. Emilia was absolutely fantastic – so friendly and professional, and she did my nails perfectly! I always get my Hollywood wax done with Gina who is just simply the best. So warm and friendly and just makes the whole experience so smooth and relaxing. I’ve asked previously on a number of occasions for advice around aftercare and she has always taken the time to share her expertise professionally and answer all questions that I have asked. I wouldn’t book my wax with anyone else!

I had a very painful and tight knot around my right shoulder blade. I booked in for a Swedish back massage and boy, did Gina deliver! The whole treatment, from beginning to end, was just what my poor back needed. The pressure Gina applied and the attention given to the stubborn knots was nothing less than perfection. My husband had a deep tissue massage with Natasha and the whole experience was really professional and she used a good amount of pressure, which he's found lacking in the past with other masseuses. Money is well worth it. I would happily recommend and return.

Marked difference to the previous beauty consultant I had for the same LED treatment. I actually felt properly pampered and that I received a "service" and useful beauty advice (which is what you expect from an outfit such as Cecily).
