I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She does a great job every time. Additionally, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the coffee is delicious. Thankful my cousin in Hamilton introduced me to their new location.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this… The Vietnamese iced coffee was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly strong, smooth, and that rich, bold flavour balanced with just the right amount of sweetness, it was addictive from the first sip. You can tell it was made with care. I’m already thinking about when I can come back for another one. Highly, highly recommend Thank you Nancy!

Had my first dermaplaning session today with Whitney. What a pleasant experience!! My skin is bright, super soft and no more peach fuzz. Foundation goes on beautifully now too. Will be back for more!!! Thanks Whitney, it feels great!!! ❤️

The appointment started right on time, so there was no waiting, which I really appreciated. The threading was smooth and quick, and Stephanie was incredibly professional throughout the process. My eyebrows look fantastic—exactly how I wanted them! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service!
