Also had my laser hair removal on legs, underarms and Hollywood and the team were so welcoming and professional. Veronika did the laser hair removal for me and made me feel so comfortable and at ease - booked in for my next session already- deffo recommend! Just had first session after an initial patch test earlier in the week. Very professional company. Reliable booking and timings of appointment. They clearly care about quality of their service and safety from the patch testing and extensive consultation. Happy to recommend.

Maryna took the time to answer all of my questions and carefully explained the treatment process before carrying out my laser patch test. She was thorough, professional, and talked me through each step, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic is modern, welcoming, and very professional, and I felt genuinely valued as a client. I'm looking forward to returning for my future treatments and would highly recommend both Maryna and the clinic.

I had a very positive experience. During my consultation, the practitioner was honest, professional, and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. She explained that I had contraindications for the treatment and, instead of going ahead just to make a sale, she advised against it. She clearly explained the reasons, answered all my questions, and recommended the best next steps. I really appreciated her honesty, transparency, and ethical approach. I highly recommend this clinic.

April did my eyelashes and coloured my brows. I was concerned that my lashes could be too much (didnt want to look like mutton dressed up as lamb!). April listened and did the perfect fit for me. She’s lovely too - and very professional. I will be back.

This was my first experience of Peonella. The clinic offers great range of procedures tailored for individual needs I was very impressed by the whole experience - lovely settings and very welcoming professional approach. I was able to get my first appointment very quickly. Liudmyla, who provided the service, is very knowledgeable with a lovely touch handling the skin.
