I have been working with Olivera to clear my acne and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! I had the Trio treatment before my wedding and I’m so glad I did! I wanted to improve old hormonal acne scars, and the team explained every product and ingredient, which made me feel completely comfortable. The facial massage was incredible, microneedling was easier than expected, and the IPL calmed my redness while improving my skin tone and capillaries. Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's
