Emma is incredibly patient with me, especially because I suffer anxiety. had my first brow wax and lash lift appointment with Susan today - from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a cheery face and made to feel like I’ve been there a thousand times. There was lots to talk about and no awkward silences (something I can get quite anxious about). I am so so pleased with the end results and felt like a new woman walking out - also thanks to Susan for being my hypewoman the whole time too! Overall an amazing experience and definitely won’t be my last :)

I am honestly SPEECHLESS! And that doesn’t happen much! I have been on and off steroids for a long time, causing major drooping in the bottom of my face. Emma suggested threading, and it’s safe to say I’ll never look back! The effects are incredible! Life changing, literally like a face lift! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE my lashes. The most natural looking ones I've had since getting lash extensions. They last for at least 3 weeks looking full and natural. I just had tge Neofound treatment to my face and had loads of comments on how glowing my skin looks. 😍

Highly recommend Lynsey for all treatments. Today I had a lash lift and tint, eyebrow wax and tint and waxing … I feel a new person after it. My eyelashes look amazing…. So long and natural but full of bounce ! She truly is a miracle worker 💜
