Susana is amazing. She was gentle, patient and so attentive. I absolutely loved my facial and wax treatment. Felt looked after and every minute and amount spent was worth it. Definately reccomend this spa and Susana to anyone thats interested in a spa treatment. Also loved the products they use, ambiance of the room and venue - everyone was so nice friendly. If there were more star options id give it. Thanks Susana until the next time.

★★★★★ Had a fantastic experience at Nama Fiji HQ this morning. We booked a 90-minute full body massage and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The pressure was firm but still relaxing — not painfully intense like some massages back home where you feel like you've been hit by a truck afterwards. Just the right balance of working out the tension while still being enjoyable. The staff were wonderful and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. If you're in the area and thinking about booking, don't hesitate. Definitely worth it.

Such a nice aromatherapy massage. The environment was super welcoming and the service was delivered with a great level of professionalism. They truly mean it when they say “full body massage” and they do not differentiate as everyone is treated with equal care and respect. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

I had the most wonderful birthday at The House of Beauty, where I spent three and a half hours being completely pampered. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. I treated myself to a full-body massage, a facial, a haircut, a manicure, and a pedicure, and every treatment was carried out with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The staff made me feel genuinely cared for, and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and looking my best. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience—the perfect way to celebrate my birthday. I highly recommend it!

Had such a great experience at Nama Spa! I went in for a face wax and was honestly so impressed with the whole visit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The treatment itself was quick, gentle, and super professional. The space is clean, relaxing, and has such a calming vibe, which made the whole experience even better. Wife and I did a couple's massage and rejuvenation package during our stay at the Tanoa International resort in Nadi. Keresi and Lu did a lovely job of making us feel welcomed and pampered. The massage and facial were a real treat! We definitely recommend booking yourself an hour or more with these lovely ladies.

I went to BeautyLab twice while staying in Nadi. I saw Susana both times. I would recommend getting any of the treatments they offer. They are all well priced and very relaxing.

Mine was great (Cathy) My daughter’s was good but the girl was not consistent with the pressure. My daughter told me after and just wanted a massage and wasn’t in the mood to provide feedback. But it would be good just to give feedback for this one so they can improve. eg. The pressure was hard on one arm and less pressure on the other. Lovely girl and Overall good experience.
