Absolute gems! Before my sugaring I was politely asked by Lauren if Faith could sit in on my sugaring appointment to train her. Lauren is very skilled at sugaring and she's always provided a safe space for me to be comfortable in so I was happy to help. Faith was enthusiastic and personable which created a welcoming and fun atmosphere for someone getting a Brazilian done. Afterwards Faith gave me a lash lift and brow wax (which looked great).My eyes were a little sentitive and irritated during the lash lift but she was quick to adjust and ease my discomfort. Greatly appreciated the experience!

I have been going to this location for more than a year for nails, waxing, lashes, massage and facials. The staff are lovely and always provide a great service! Highly recommend for anyone in the Niagara area.

Really like Lydia. She was so nice and friendly. I was a bit disappointed that I had sticky wax residue on my face and legs after I left. That has never happened in the past when waxing. I had to apply oil myself to my face to get it off. Will try again and hope that was just a one off.

Was a fantastic massage, very well done. Really enjoyed the appropriate amount of pressure. Used a cream versus an oil and was absolutely amazing on the skin. I would recommend Gia to anyone looking to book an hour is not enough. Really need an hour and half. That will be next time. Very thorough.

Coming to Elixir for any service is my “happy” place. Everyone who works here is so welcoming and friendly. It’s like meeting with old friends for a visit and a catch up. And they all make you feel so special. I had the pleasure of meeting Tushard today to give me a pedi, and he’s absolutely wonderful. He gives a very thorough pedi (not to mention a great foot/leg massage) and was very accommodating in helping me choose the right colour. Thank you so much Tushard! You are lovely.

This was my first visit to Athena’s . Angel was knowledgeable and skilled mixing the toner & timing to get the brightness I wanted from my grey/white hair. She made me feel comfortable and confident as she tweaked the trim and thinning to fit the look I wanted it. I treated myself to an eyelash tint and lift:. The process and final results are wonderful. What a great way to make my eyes look bright and lashes healthy and full without mascara or daily eyelash curler fussing. The salon is bright and clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful with options to suit my needs Thank you
