First time having my legs waxed and Abbie made me feel at ease and was fabulous. I thought it would really hurt but it didn’t. Abbie always makes you feel welcome and has a great salon. Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. The space is welcoming, friendly, and always comfortable. I also genuinely enjoy our conversations, which make each appointment even better. I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Guys, if you need a hairy back waxing and want the suffering to be over quickly. Anita is brilliant and is like lightening with the waxing strips! Ready for holiday now and can defiantly recommend the service here.
