I booked a full Hollywood wax, and it was honestly the most comfortable and professional service I’ve ever had. Danielle was amazing super friendly, skilled, and talked me through every step to make sure I felt relaxed and informed. The waxing itself was quick, precise, and way less painful than I expected. The results were so smooth with no irritation afterward, and she gave great aftercare advice to help prevent ingrowns. I’ll be back ❤️

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
