It was my first ever waxing of any kind and I have heard from various people that a back wax would hurt. Jessica was very professional and made sure I was comfortable and went through everything with me. She made me feel relaxed about it. Laughed all the way through it 😂😂 (pain coping mechanism)!! Highly recommend Jessica. Will definitely be going back 😊😊

Booking Beaulieu Retreat via Fresha was really easy. I met Claire, who is really friendly and she put me at ease regarding the intimate waxing I was about to have. The whole process was accomplished and Claire was very professional. I will definitely be going back and would recommend her. What I really liked is that she is an independent beautician.

I made an appointment with Claire so that my daughter could have her eyebrows waxed for the first time. Claire made her feel so at ease, explained what she was doing and my daughter could not have been in better hands. Thank you.
