I decided to try intimate wax because shaving was irritating my skin, Kim was the most perfect choice I could wish for. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Her knowledge and explanation of the process was great, she is definitely a master in her field. Waxing itself went smooth (pun intended!) I had very good experience and my skin feels amazing. It was not pain free, however it’s literally seconds and the results are incredible and so worth it. I’m so happy I won’t ever have to shave again, wish I’d done it sooner. Thank you so much Kim! 😊

I've been having waxes with Michaela for about 4 months now. I'm really noticing a difference in hair growth & the wax is pretty much painless. I'll never go back to a razor! I used to suffer from really bad ingrown hairs & irritation, that's eased off so much since waxing & keeping up with the aftercare. Plus I love the chats! And Michaela always leaves you with some wisdom ✨️

I had a lovely experience with lunch first at the restaurant followed by an amazing 1 hour facial, back, neck and head massage by Cloe who is very good at what she does. The only drawback was the pool area was very crowded and noisy.

Wow I came away looking like a new woman , my eyebrows were shaped beautifully janthia understood how I liked them to look and I was not disappointed , I also had my eyelashes tinted and this was the first time in 20 yrs being tinted due to a bad experience previously , this time was great no problems with my eyes stinging . But most of all there was plenty of eye lashes present with all the excitement after the dye had developed I never knew I had so many , I came away a very happy client and will most definitely have this treatment done again

Georgia always does an amazing job on my lashes and eyebrows, I'm super pleased with the results.

I love my eyelashes and the shape of my eyebrows, Clare always listens to how you want your eyelashes and she definitely delivers on how beautiful they are!

When you arrive, Kim makes you feel extremely welcome, explains everything what happens in your appointment. She is highly professional and also can have a great conversation with as well. I wouldn't look back now, waxing is the way forward! And I have Kim to thank for that! 100% recommend going to Kim!
