Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Zowie, Jo and the team are welcoming, polite and friendly and I am always happy with my hair, whether for a cut & dry, restyle, perm or lowlights. Always welcomed with a smile, and politeness, Perri who owns revitalize has been one of my main people I ask for for any treatments as been going to her for years from her shop in margate and followed her to westgate, All the staff in revitalize go above and beyond for their clients, I would not consider going anywhere else, if I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Hair Margate today! Went in for a bouncy blow dry with bottom curls with Zowie (I think her name was Zowie, took it from my booking confirmation — I’m terrible with names! 😅)Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations since my hair is very long and thick — curls usually don’t last on me. But Zowie suggested using a straightener for the curls, and the result was just wow! My hair looked so soft, bouncy, and perfectly styled. I’ve tried a few salons in Margate before, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. Definitely coming back again! ❤️

She is great and professional, but I have been coming for years, and the previous beautician running late, which you would think shouldn't be an issue as more than 1 room. But , only 1 wax pot! Also in that room for at least 2 years light on wall STILL not repaired, to check brows in as light in room not great. It is a bit poor for this establishment And waxing is not cheap, so please sort this out as lets it down although staff great

Amazing brows as always. Friendly and caring environment. My daughter also had her brows waxed, and she loves them. I dont trust anyone else apart from Dionne with mine, and now my daughters. Dionne is a true perfectionist.

I’m so happy that I have found Alex. I have been going to Alex for a few years now for waxing mainly. From the start Alex has made me feel very comfortable. If she can she try’s her best to fit me in as I’m a last minute kind of girl. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Good prices compared to other places always happy with the results and she’s just generally a lovely lady.
