I honestly couldn’t recommend Millie enough. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my makeup to look. She absolutely nailed it and somehow made me feel like the best version of myself. You can tell how much she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Thank you for always making me feel amazing and for being such a talented makeup artist. I can’t wait for my next appointment! ❤️

I had an LVL lash lift and brow lamination with Millie-Mae , and it was honestly the best lash lift I’ve ever hadd. From start to finish, the service was impeccable - Millie made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and her attention to detail was amazing. My lashes still look and feel in fantastic condition, which I haven’t always experienced with lash lifts, and my brows are perfectly shaped without feeling overdone. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend her.

Millie was amazing couldn’t recommend her enough. She was so friendly and calmed my nerves. I’ve never had my makeup done before and was worried I might not feel like myself but the makeup was absolutely spot on. Millie listened so well and also suggested new things which I loved! The makeup lasted all day and I will definitely be coming back for any other special events - thank you Millie!

Mel is magic. Completely exceeded my expectations. I usually am really nervous when it comes to getting my hair done, but she made it such a wonderful experience. I felt very well taken care of. Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

I was a little unsure at first because I’d never been to the salon before but I will 100% be back again. First time in a long time that the stylist actually did as I asked. Emy was so thorough, did not rush and I absolutely love my hair. Best cut I’ve had in years. Thank you! x

I recently visited this salon and had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly. Customer service was perfect and my stylist was amazing and really listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice and the products they used made my hair softer and healthier. Definitely would recommend and would come back.
