This was my first time using KT and definitely will return. Kristen is welcoming and friendly, treatment room is clean, warm and relaxing and Kristen did a great job of both treatments - waxing and lash lift - even includes a complimentary top up at 4 weeks on lash tint.

The booking system on Dawn’s website is very easy to use and I was able to pick a prompt time slot at my convenience. On arrival (parking on the forecourt), Dawn directed me to her salon which was calm and tranquil. She explained the procedure to me before she began and invited me to relax on her toning table. I was having my chest waxed which Dawn completed in good time while keeping me occupied with cheery conversation, always keeping me aware of what she was doing. This was my first waxing and I will certainly visit again. Recommend.

Excellent, I had some facial waxing & a dermaplaning treatment. The salon is warm & friendly, the prices are very affordable. I have already booked in for some more pampering, so that speaks volumes.

Kim’s hand are so gentle and light, I haven’t felt any pain or discomfort at all, after months of not having any waxing procedure due to covid19, i thought it would be uncomfortable but thanks to Kim, she made my visit absolutely great! Will definitely come back. ❤️

Had my usual brow wax and tint which I can never fault! I also had my first ever LVL by Casey and I absolutely love it. Casey always makes me feel comfortable and will answer any questions I have. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I had a lovely experience with Dawn for my waxing and head spa treatment. She is such a warm and calming person, which really helped as it was my first time having these treatments done. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I left feeling relaxed and really well looked after. Angela always listens to what you want and makes sure nails are perfect. She pays amazing attention to detail and ensures that there are no imperfections with the service.
