Never have I ever had an unpleasant experience with spa room because it's SHAN who does her work clean. Her sincerity towards her clients' needs & the care she takes during pre & post appointment are certainly commendable since the time I know her. Same group of skilled nail and lash techs, better place! Located conveniently opposite Upper Thomson MRT, bus stops, and free parking around the area. Short walking distance from Thomson Plaza so parking will never be an issue even if the free parking runs out. Great natural lighting indoors and good food everywhere. Have been visiting Diva Me for 3 years and this will be the 4th year. Have not found better nail techs anywhere else in Singapore and they are always updated on the latest nail trends and selection of colours. My go-to whenever anyone asks me for mani/lash recommendations!

Sharifah has been my go-to for full Brazilian sugar wax since March 2021. Not only is Sharifah offers affordable market pricings (flat 60 for full brazilian), she is meticulous in her waxing, and she always uses organic products so for people with sensitive skin (like me), her stuff really works. Before I found her, I was getting waxed at sugared but I didn't like how sugared would charge $10 if you didn't come back within a month to get an upkeep wax. Most of all, Sharifah is warm and accommodating. She feels like a sister, and I always look forward to seeing her. 10/10 would recommend.

As a first timer to this place, my experience was really good. I did the Brazilian waxing + half leg. It was less painful than most places I have been to. The lady was very pleasant and she was explaining to me about the aftercare in detail. Will go back again.

Angelyn gave me such pretty nails! The design i wanted had a butterfly nail charm, and Angelyn improvised on the spot by using shells and nail glue to make a 3D butterfly. I loved the end result!

It was my first time doing nails extension and also first time with Ainrtistry and I must say it was a pleasant experience. Ain did an incredible job with my nails. My go-to parlour for waxing essentials and head massage. This time my beautician was Armaan and her technique for underarms waxing and upperlip threading was flawless! Her touch was really pampering too. It's the small things that matter, like a quick relaxing squeeze of the legs and feet after the waxing 😊
