What a treat it was. Warm, bubbly and welcoming Janthea. Never been to this lovely place before. Was put at ease and we talked through where my problem areas where and Janthea asked constant to work on other area if needed. Well this was the best massage I have ever had. I feel like butter at the moment and so relaxed it’s an unreal and surreal experience. I can’t wait for bed time. She spent extra time on me and went the extra mile to get me feeling like this. I had a massage, gel manicure and waxing all by the Spa Therapist Lily. Lily was an absolutely amazing therapist. The massage was so relaxing, it enabled me to slow down which I usually find it very hard to do. Also, the quality of waxing and manicure was amazing as well. Such a pleasant and kind manner. I had the trainee and her technique was very good, I felt very relaxed afterwards and peaceful. I'd like to give a couple points of constructive feedback, I would have liked her to ask me what pressure I'd like or how it felt, and also her nails did scratch a couple of time and was sometimes uncomfortable when she went round the back of my shoulders. None of which made my experience any less enjoyable just thought I'd mention. Still one of the nicest treatments I've had, thank you!

Best ever waxing!! Brazilian wax is something we all suffer through usually, and I never thought there is a place where it is almost completely painless. Janthea is absolutely lovely to talk to, and the knows exactly what she’s doing. This place is perfect for anyone who was always afraid of waxing! Absolute best experience ever!

Had an eyebrow wax today, which was as great as usual. The salon is beautifully decorated for Christmas, has such a warm, welcoming feeling to it. The room I was in I was lovely and warm, even the bed was heated. It’s always a treat to go to Adore and see Abi.
