recently visited Gabrielle at the white lounge and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon itself was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. Gabrielle took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and delivered the end image that I wanted. Highly recommend

Very nice and relaxing deluxe facial, although so much time was spent on the head massage that she ran out of time to do my arm and hand massage and neck stretch, which was a shame as that always relieves so much tension.

Leigh is professional, warm, friendly and fantastic at her job, whether its colouring or a cut, she listens to YOU, not how the hairdresser wants to do it!! Her advice about colour is second to none!! Trust her whatever she does with my hair!!

Swetha was very good, calm and professional. My eyebrow waxing and tinting looked great. I also had eyelashes done and it was perfection. I usually get red eyes or severe stinging after every extensions but not with Saffron's. Will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended thanks Swetha. Leigh had the dreaded job of changing my colour of blonde which I've had for 30 year to a warm dark blonde/light brown. Leigh had me in for a consultation prior to appointment to discuss the options and to explain fully what to expect. I was put at ease straight away as it was a major thing for me going from blonde to dark. I'm so happy I took the plunge It's took a few days to get used to my hair looking so different but I've had so many compliments from family and friends. Thanks again Leigh, the salon is beautiful too with a lovely atmosphere.

My visit to the White Lounge was excellent as always. The warm and friendly welcome when you arrive, the relaxed and calm atmosphere and the amazing staff always make the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this Salon. Especially Leigh the stylist she is amazing she immediately buys you at ease and offers great advice and recommendations on styles and colours.
