My first time at Maddi's and I must say what a pleasent surprise from someone so young. The service was excellent, everything was explained before hand. The massage was very relaxing and the time flew by. The studio is well equipped, warm and comfortable. Excellent service at an excellent price. I will be going back again.

I went to Becky for a dermabrasion facial followed by an hour long massage and left floating out of her salon. I have had a lot of massages and love to pamper myself but I have to say hands down the massage is the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure and firmness and really relaxing. I love that Becky acknowledges that this is an hour for you to enjoy so doesn’t talk (which sometimes I feel compelled that I have to) it really makes you switch off and relax. The scent of the oil is really lovely too. The salon is lovely and warm too. I would encourage anyone to go for a massage with Becky

Becky is so warm and welcoming and I can honestly say I have had two full body massages and both have been incredible. I enjoy a good massage and go to lots of spas and I can honestly say hers is right up there. So relaxing but with the right amount of pressure to undo knots and tension. I really like the fact she can ancient throughout and says it’s for you to truly relax and not feel like you have to make co variation. I felt that once I know that I can truly shutoff and enjoy the treatment. Really happy and the price is inline with what other salons would charge.

Rachel was amazing as usual and as I was her last client of the day she kindly did my waxing that I was booked in for the next day to save me another trip. All these ladies are fabulous and give an exemplary service always 👏

I had a wonderful facial which was incredibly relaxing and indulgent, the therapist who conducted the facial was kind and polite and instantly made me feel relaxed and my skin was glowing afterwards , however I had booked 2 treatments back to back and was informed afterwards that I had a 30 minute window before my pedicure as the facial had ‘finished early’ which left me wondering if it should have been a longer treatment. The pedicure was a little rushed and the therapist who gave me the treatment wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming however my pedicure was very good.

A Truly Amazing and Pain-Free Waxing experience at Soothe and Glow with Laura! A first-time waxing experience in the UK that was phenomenal due to Laura’s amazing work that made the entire process comfortable and very enjoyable. The Hollywood , full leg and stomach wax were all completely pain free. Laura’s expertise and gentle and caring approach were impressive, especially being the first time waxing in the UK. The results are fantastic, and the next appointment is already anticipated! Can’t recommend Laura high enough!! Alex

I came back here after a break and as before the service you get is excellent, everyone is so friendly and I always get a warm welcome when I return, I've been having my nails done by Sonila since February this year and I've been having gel polish with protein base and this has made such a difference to my nails they have grown so much and are stronger for having this protein base added as well I'm so pleased with them, I've also been having me eyes brows waxed by Jaspreet & Sabira both are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable so I'm very happy to give a 5 star rating.

Thank you Cara for a wonderful facial. My skin was left feeling lovely. I loved the neck and arm Massaged too lovely touch. Cara explained how I should regress with my skin routine and advised me on what she had done and what products had been used. Will definitely be back again. 🥰
