Just had my underarm and bikini wax done by Victoria and honestly, she is the absolute best! I have a low pain threshold, but with her, it's barely painful at all – she's that good. Her knowledge and technique are second to none. On top of that, she’s so welcoming and genuinely lovely, she makes you feel completely at ease. I wouldn't go to anyone else now!

Had my laser appointment with Lana and it was such a positive experience. From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain everything and answer questions so I felt confident. Her warm, calming manner makes the whole treatment relaxed and comfortable, and she constantly checks in to ensure you’re okay. The process was quick, virtually pain-free, and far less daunting than I expected. I left feeling cared for, happy with the results, and already looking forward to my next session

Service received!Hollywood waxing.I highly recommend Lisa services to anyone looking for a great experience Best waxing in 5 years ,it was a lively relax atmosfere and good quality wax was used Lisa is very meticulous in making sure she gets every single hair. The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated and you'll always be offered a refreshment which is especially welcome when you have a early morn or late evening wax. I never thought I would be able to describe having a wax as a 'lovely' experience but honestly it was very relaxing. Thank you Lisa

Sema is very friendly and approachable. She worked in a professional and warm manner. She made me comfortable as she explained what my treatment involved. I had the deep cleansing facial done. Always a great experience with Heaven Scent. They know what they are doing and really listen and also give advice to make the most of your treatments. I had waxing and eyelash tint today and Tilly gave me all I needed to know about aftercare and also how to make the most of my treatments and what to do going forward to maximise outcome. I had my Lemon Bottle treatment with Emma and she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable, explained every step of the process clearly, and was really talkative and warm throughout. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend while getting the treatment done. I felt really looked after and in safe hands the whole time. I’d definitely book back in with her highly recommend!

I had deep tissue bamboo stick massage, and it was a unique and effective experience. Lana used warm bamboo sticks to apply deep, consistent pressure, which helped release tension in my muscles more efficiently than a regular deep tissue massage. The rolling motion felt smooth and evenly distributed, making it easier to tolerate intense pressure. One of the highlights was how the warmth of the bamboo enhanced relaxation, loosening tight muscles more quickly. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a deep, therapeutic massage experience.

Thank you Vicky, always able to make you feel at ease when you are having intimate waxing done. Would highly recommend Vicky. There has not been any service that I have been unhappy with.
