Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

I can’t recommend Lauren enough! She’s incredibly meticulous and makes sure every lash is perfect. Not only does she have an amazing eye for detail, but she’s also warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes every appointment so enjoyable. Both Lisa and Amy are welcoming and offer a great range of services! I tried a mini massage and mini reflexology session with Lisa and they worked well together for a lunchtime treat so I'd recommend that. She is so warm and attentive and checks in with you so you feel comfortable. There is such a nice energy to the studio and I look forward to trying other treatments in future in this space 🫶😊

I had a fabulous microdermabrasion facial, which included a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage. The arm and hand massage was also amazing. Charlie was as delightful as ever and I was also warmly greeted by Stanley, her furbaby 💙

Second time I’ve visited Lauren for a hydro facial and I would highly recommend. Lovely warm, welcoming environment, Lauren is always friendly and easy to talk to making you feel at ease and relaxed. I’ve been going to Sammy for a few years for lashes which are always perfect and last really well. Today I had a Swedish back massage. I suffer with very stiff shoulders and bad back. Sammy knew exactly what areas to work on and she worked wonders. It’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I left feeling so light, I had a much better range of movement in my neck and arms. Sammy always thinks of the smaller details to make you feel very comfortable. Her room is lovely relaxing and cosy! 100% recommend for Swedish massage. I’ll be back :)

My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Her salon is lovely and warm and her treatment bed is super comfortable with cushions that feel like a hug! Lovely conversation and super work. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work. Warm welcoming environment the beauticians at the beauty house were really lovely and I’m very pleased with my nails. Fingers crossed for the spray tan. I shall find out tomorrow. I’m sure it will be perfect.
