I had a lovely experience at the Berkhamsted branch getting my BIAB nails done. Emilia was absolutely fantastic – so friendly and professional, and she did my nails perfectly! Really kind and good experience. My beautician helped to recommend skin care products and in my eyebrow wax she kept checking to make sure she wouldnt take too much of.

I always get my Hollywood wax done with Gina who is just simply the best. So warm and friendly and just makes the whole experience so smooth and relaxing. I’ve asked previously on a number of occasions for advice around aftercare and she has always taken the time to share her expertise professionally and answer all questions that I have asked. I wouldn’t book my wax with anyone else!

My appointment was on time and professionally carried out and my treatment executed with painstaking detail , including waxing the tops of my toes for a forthcoming holiday . I sort of take it for granted Mimi will do a thorough job and she does , with pleasant , helpful chat as she goes along .

Saw my therapist as soon as I walked in. Salon wonderfully cool and clean. Therapist did as I asked when carrying out waxing and cost of treatments. I do not usually use your salon but I am pleased with the results. Well done, Paige.
