Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

I booked an appointment for a customized facial at Manuka Spa based on the excellent Google reviews while visiting Winnipeg. Pam did an exceptional job from start to finish, giving an excellent overview of my skin condition and tailored the facial to meet my skin needs. She explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. It was my first time trying Eminence products, which all felt wonderful and smelled great. The facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, and a scalp and hand massage, which were very relaxing. My skin already feels and looks better. Thank you Pam!

As always Rachel and Anna were both there to provide that welcoming smile and greeting first thing in the morning. Always a pleasure to see them like catching up with old friends. The facial was exceptional; techniques were gentle yet incredibly effective, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing. Included with the facial was an amazing massage for the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and head....WOWZA! What truly sets this spa apart is the incredible person behind the experience. Shayla was an excellent aesthetician. Very skilled and a great conversationalist. On my first visit Rachel was the same very friendly and skilled. I believe all three women will do their very best for all their clients. Will definitely return for another visit. Thank you Blacksmith Parlor, Winnipeg men are lucky to have this locally owned establishment for clients that are hesitantly skeptical about your wonderful services. All men should definitely visit they will be pleasantly surprised.

Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

Amazing!!! She is absolutely incredible and so kind!! I would 1000% recommend going to her for any of your esthetic needs!! I got a lash lift which was so incredibly relaxing and it turned out sooo beautiful, my lashes have never looked better. The same goes for my eyebrows, she really slayed with them and made sure to get every little brow hair! When it comes to waxing she is so patient and it doesn’t even hurt, she has the magic touch for sure. She also took such great care of my cuticles, my hands feel so smooth and my cuticles look so healthy!! I cannot recommend Miss Chelle enough!
