The atmosphere temperature is perfect. Right on time and with great care and precision. Liliana is charming as I find with all your staff. For that reason, I usually select “whoever is available”. It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!
