Alex is incredible! I visited her for an eyebrow shape and wax, and I couldn’t be happier. She worked her magic and gave me the most perfect brows—they completely transformed my look! Emily was amazing and I'm really happy with my shape. Unfortunately I didn't know that I need to avoid waxing when on a Vit A analogue (pharmacist/dr didn't tell me) so the skin above 1 eyebrow came off but Emily managed it very well and recognised what had happened immediately. She plucked my other eyebrow and the affected skin is healing. I will be rebooking to get the same treatment but with plucking instead as I am very happy with the shape and stain.

I had such a great experience with Alex! She did my eyelash lift and tint, and I’m so happy with the results. My lashes look longer, darker, and beautifully lifted without needing any mascara. Alex was professional, gentle, and really took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a natural but noticeable enhancement. I’ll 100% be coming back!
