Had the best experience at Polished Spa on my birthday! I went in for a hair treatment, blow-dry, hair trim, and pedicure, and everything was so relaxing. The staff were so sweet and made me feel really taken care of. But what made it extra special was the surprise—they brought out a birthday cake and sang for me! It was the cutest thing ever, and I genuinely didn’t expect it. The whole vibe was just so warm and welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy.
