Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Skintopia for the past five years, ever since their Commercial Bay days, and I’ve had the chance to experience many facialists over that time but Bianka is hands down the best. She just gets it right every single time. Her facial massages are incredible, and her touch is so calming and precise. I love that she’s not overly chatty and really lets me relax and make the most of my treatment. She’s never pushy about product sales either, which I really appreciate. Overall, Bianka is amazing easily the best at the Herne Bay branch!

I had a fantastic microneedling treatment with Bianka. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The best part was that it wasn’t painful at all—Bianka was gentle and attentive, ensuring I was at ease the whole time. Her expertise really showed in how smooth and seamless the process felt. Came for the waxing, will return for the mani/pedi/massage! Tried Reshu’s place as it has just opened. This is the best eyebrow tint and shape (waxing and threading) I’ve had in a very long time. Just perfect. It’s a lovely salon as well, and friendly and welcoming people. Prices are reasonable, even without the whopping 25% opening special discount. Highly recommend!
