Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. The attention to detail provided for each service is beyond great. You almost feel like a part of a KLR family. I would recommend to anyone looking for nail, waxing (Hollywood), eyelashes etc to try KLR
