Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Love going to Emma she is such a tonic when my life is a mess she has me laughing and smiling and is obviously just amazing at doing my nails . They are always the best . I travel from St Helens to go to her and will always go to her .

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. Katie carried out a series of pre holiday treatments for me from biab nails, waxing, brow shaping and tinting and spray tanning. Her professionalism, guidance on colour advice was billiant. Im particularly pleased with my spray tan, was so quick and easy katie was great, highly recommend beautification for your pre holiday prep treats, i feel fabulous!
