I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

Siobahn at Wax Pot London operates the best wax clinic in Hackney. Super flexible, friendly, and attention to detail. Always a 10/10 job. So happy to have found a sustainable, gender neutral wax clinic!

I have been visiting this salon for over 10 years. It’s the only place I trust with waxing and other beauty treatments. Kamini, was such a star, she catered to me and my baby, and I am extremely grateful. Also big thanks to the receptionist she, as always, helpful and attentive. Alex does my lashes and waxing and is always so fantastic. She pays so much attention to detail and takes so much care to make sure you get the finish that you want! She always makes you feel so comfortable and takes her time to always deliver the best results. My lashes with her stay on for weeks and weeks and I’d recommend her to anyone.

Rashila is an excellent beauty therapist. She is quick and efficient when waxing and manages to make the process painless! Rashila has a professional but warm approach which is rare, in my experience. I will certainly return for future treatments.
