Katie is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and really listened to exactly what I wanted. The end result is even better than I imagined. My first time at the Salon, and had waxing with Lottie. Lovely Salon, welcoming & friendly. Lottie was extremely professional, she has done a brilliant wax, very thorough. I always find these appointments a bit intimidating, but she definitely put me at ease.
