waxing was great and facial was wondering. I did have a little dry piece of the mask fall into my eye which caused a lot of discomfort in the next few hours but otherwise it was fantastic. will come next time, may get a hydro facial next time!

I have been seeing Rhe for about 6 years now and it’s safe to say I would never go anywhere else! I’ve recently started seeing Em and she is just amazing! Such a perfectionist. The service is next to none. From treatments to skincare L’Imperatrice has it all. These girls never cease to amaze! I’m so happy I have found you both. The girls are both beautiful inside and out. Book now you will not look back! They have done wonders for my skin since I started going here!

Rhea did a good job with my brow lamination. Really enjoyed the attention to detail and asking me how I would like my brows evened out. The only issue was the booking system didn't make clear that wax wasn't included (and there was no option to book just lamination + wax). I'll keep in mind next time to book lamination + tint if I want wax too.

First visit for eyebrows and underarms for my 13yr old daughter. Very pleased with the end result and the salon was clean and welcoming.

Emily was gentle throughout the waxing procedure and ensured that I wasn’t feeling burnt or pain. She also made sure that I was happy with the results.

It has been such a lovely experience having laser hair removal with Naaz. She explains the whole process of what is happening and what will happen over the course of the treatments which really helps with your understanding and to manage expectations! Highly recommend!
