The customer experience at ABWSC has never stayed consistent. In fact, throughout the years I've been a client, it has improved and continues to get better. Sasha ensures that all staff are kind and courteous. All services are conducted with professionalism, all areas are kept clean and even chatting with all staff makes whatever service you book enjoyable. I will full recommend!

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Sasha was very inviting. She made you feel relaxed and comfortable. Waxing was a breeze. She informs you so you can appreciate your experience. I didn't want my facial to end. My pedicure made me feel like a queen. Her staff is polite and friendly. Her reviews are real, people! The best spa experience, clean and professional. I already booked my follow-up appointment and I am not missing a date!

First time and pleasant overall. I did not feel slighted or treated differently for being a 'walk-in' customer (availability had to be confirmed first ofc, which is reasonable). Atmosphere was calming, loved the tropical background to gaze at while being sorted out. Never 'too many questions' and responses were enthusiastic - even for retrospectively 'basic' stuff - practitioners are everywhere but passionate people are rare, would recommend them to anyone on a busy schedule who knows they're overdue time for themself. Some visual references of offers would be ideal, otherwise splendid
