I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

Myself and my daughter came to see Lauren for facials and we were so impressed. Lauren was very knowledgeable and so lovely to talk to. We both came out so relaxed and our skin looked amazing. We will definitely be back!

I had the most amazing massage and head massage with Ewelina! 💕 From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and so well looked after. Her massage was absolutely heavenly, and the head massage was pure bliss—I honestly didn't want it to end! ✨ Ewelina is so talented, friendly, and has such a calming energy. Absolutely amazing! Viki was so welcoming and calm. I get a bit self conscious going for massages as I’m a bigger woman, but she made the room feel so warm and welcoming. And the massage was amazing! Will definitely be making this a monthly thing. Thank you Viki!!

Had such a lovely massage and felt super relaxed afterwards. Was my first experience of a pregnancy massage and I already cant wait for another. The facial and head massage that is included was fab.

Very pleased with my nails, it’s the first place that I’ve tried acrylic nails and never regretted it. I am a regular in the salon, the products are high quality and customer service is excellent. Love that they order the colours the customers want and that they have pedicure with spa, waxing and they do amazing brows as well. It’s not far from the city centre or south side either. They have absolutely affordable prices. Can only recommend 👌
