Milena is wonderful. I’ve spent my whole adult life terrified of waxing due to feeling insecure and my review comes from the perspective of someone who was terrified of being so vulnerable and exposed. From the get go she made me feel reassured. Milena is truly amazing at what she does and her confidence in her skills made the whole experience beyond comfortable. If you’re feeling unsure (especially if it is your first time) I would highly recommend Milena. You are in good hands with her and I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

I have moved away from Derby year ago and still did not find salon who delivers such a great customer experience! So an hour drive is nothing when you know what to expect ! Thank you ladies ! I’ve been going to Preeti at Nikkiz Beauty for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always makes me feel comfortable and does an amazing job whether it’s waxing, threading or any other treatment. Everything is done with so much care and attention to detail, and the results are always perfect. She’s professional, friendly and makes the whole experience relaxing (which isn’t easy with waxing!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and talented beautician.

I've been coming to the salon now for 4 years. I no longer live in Derby but travel here especially to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted they are always done to perfection. Always a friendly service and nice and chilled mostly with relaxing music. The salon is also very clean and very rare I have to wait even when it gets a little busy. Reasonable prices too I would highly recommend

Pam was absolutely incredible. I went for the wax and she made me feel so comfortable. Not only was she thorough with the waxing, she made sure I felt okay every step of the way. So kind and efficient will defo return to get my waxing done by her again!

Such a brilliant experience. I was put straight at ease and I honestly can say this was my best waxing experience ever. Hardly any discomfort and no irritation afterwards. It is clear that specialising in waxing has a positive effect on the experience as there is a lot of knowledge and skill about the process, which I haven't had at other salons. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you
