I had a massage today. The massage was decent and I have some feedback on process. Firstly, I suggest clients be consulted about how their body is feeling and if any specific body parts need special attention; my massage started without any consultation. I also suggest training massage therapists to ask clients about pressure at the beginning of the massage, and to check in again about it midway through the massage. I think my massage may have ended slightly early as well, I recommend ensuring clients receive the full 60 minutes they booked. That would take my rating from good to great!

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

It was good , the massage therapist was very thorough, very professional , for me, the one thing that was lacking was the total quietness and tranquil atmosphere, the background noises was very distracting making it difficult for me to relax fully..Aside from that it was okay/ good.

My experience at Reflection Spa was incredibly rejuvenating. My muscles were so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during the session. The room was immaculate and had a wonderful aroma that contributed to the overall sense of relaxation. My therapist was attentive, gentle and very patient, checking in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. Her soothing voice provided a reassuring presence, allowing me to fully embrace the experience. the lady was hygienic, she completed the before care before waxing, the waxing itself was completed in 20-25mins, and the after care was also on point.

Overall it was a great experience. For a basic pedicure I was still treated as if I had paid for a Lux Pedicure. I will definitely be back and maybe to try waxing this time.

Micha is simply the best, It was my first time trying waxing and I was expecting pain, but the level of pain from 1 to 10 was 0.2, She was very professional.

To start with, I was a few minutes late but the welcome was very good and professional. I had waxing done with Micha and it was gentle, fast and less painful than I expected. I highly recommend Zera Beauty, "The Pink beauty salon" to everyone.

It was an eye opener and how much my body needs this type of service/healing And I will be returning.

I felt truly pampered so I booked for my September service immediately after my appointment. Self care matters and it is apparent that Chakra is conducive to a full self care and mindset adjustment experience! 10/10 I recommend!
