I have been working with Olivera to clear my acne and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! I had the Trio treatment before my wedding and I’m so glad I did! I wanted to improve old hormonal acne scars, and the team explained every product and ingredient, which made me feel completely comfortable. The facial massage was incredible, microneedling was easier than expected, and the IPL calmed my redness while improving my skin tone and capillaries. They followed up the next day and provided great aftercare. My skin already looks smoother, brighter, and more even. Highly recommend for acne scars, bridal skin prep, and real results!

Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's

I had such an incredible experience with Mili. For context, I have very sensitive acne prone skin and I am currently dealing with hormonal acne. I’ve never gotten a facial before because I tend to break out any time I try new products. I was hesitant to try this but I’m so glad I did. She did such an amazing job. I saw instant improvement in my acne. My skin has been glowing. So much so that I already came back for another facial. She’s also very kind and knowledgeable and recommended a new skin care product which after one use I already know I’ll be buying again. Highly recommend Mili ♥️
