It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Just had a wax from Claire. I can honestly say it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had in my life. Claire made me feel so welcome, I was put at ease and I felt I could tell her anything. I absolutely love coming here, no matter if it’s Ashley or Claire doing your waxing the treatment is unmatched by any other waxing therapist in Dundee and Angus. I will never go anywhere else. If I could give a million star review I would and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how good they are xx

Olha was very welcoming, professional and friendly. She made me feel welcome, had fantastic attention to detail, guided me through the entire process, and was very accommodating. It was my first time waxing and i went for more sensitive part as i got Hollywood wax. I was nervous but the pain wasn't as bad as i thought so. Ola is a great person and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and if you feel nervous about getting wax for that area there is no reason too, she was gentle and made sure i was okay with everything. Loved it and definitely coming back again. Thank you for making my experience good 🥰☺️
