Kirsty always does such amazing work topping up my eyelash extensions. I was thinking that it would be so hot in the salon but Kirsty had an efficient air conditioner, strategically placed, which was beautifully cooling. A return visit for check up and to see Jane for further CryoPen treatment. I was made very welcome and Jane made her assessment, discussing the proposed plan of action, then proceeding with the therapy even though it’s very cold - it was bearable! I am delighted with the outcome, after nature takes it’s course in healing - I will be back in a few weeks for check up and to see if another session is required.

Warm and friendly welcome. Treatment fully explained and consent forms signed by both parties. Slight discomfort during treatment to freeze walt on my back. Expectations for degree is successful removal of walt and follow up treatments if required fully explained. Follow up appointment booked for 5 wks time. My therapist Jane was able to put me at ease prior to starting my treatment and the environment was calm and relaxing. If all goes well with this treatment then additional treatments will be booked.

Kirsty has taken years from my face and restored my smile with her skills in dermal facial fillers. I'm amazed that, at age 76, i decided on this treatment and I was very apprehensive. However the procedure was painless, professional and was administered in a friendly, sensitive and reassuring way. The amazing results were immediately obvious. Jill
