Had my first session at Perth Cryo and it was an amazing experience! Special shoutout to the girl who helped me,she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel totally at ease. You can tell she really cares about giving the best service. The facilities are top-notch, and the whole session was a perfect combo of relaxation and muscle recovery. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had my 1st fat cavitation, RF & SculptX session with Maddie yesterday. I found the whole experience very enjoyable. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was completely painless & I actually liked the sensation of the SculptX. After just 1 session I can see a small improvement on my lower belly. The RF on my upper abs has improved my skin tone quite a lot already. I have actual ab definition in my upper abs! I’ve woken up today with no side effects whatsoever. If these are the results after 1 session, then I’m looking forward to seeing what can be achieved after a few more. Highly recommend.

My experience at Perth Cryo was amazing. I did the fire and ice package with my husband. The fire was more of a challenge then the cryo. Will definitely be back for more experiences.

Really enjoyed the lymphatic rollers and the whole body cryo it was so cold done 3 and a half minutes wow. Walked out feeling great for my first session I’ll be back for my next session.

Really friendly service and overall great experience. I booked less than an hour before my first ever session and when I got there I was greeted by name and everything was explained. Sauna was relaxing and I felt energised after the cryo chamber. Will recommend.

First timer and thoroughly enjoyed the Hyperbaric Chamber experience, pleased I took a light cover so stayed warm and toasty. I was a little late arriving but the girls weren't phased at all, shortened my session due to following bookings but nothing was a problem. Afterwards I definitely felt like I had more energy which was bliss. Looking forward to ongoing treatments.

Friendly and informative from first enquiry until the end of my session. This place has everything you need for maintaining your health and recovery from exercise and injury. Can’t beat cryotherapy for lifting mood and creating natural energy and immunity.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my second time trying both the infrared sauna and cryotherapy, and I absolutely loved it again! The service was so warm and welcoming, and the team made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The establishment itself is spotless, beautifully set up, and has such a calming atmosphere. Both treatments left me feeling refreshed & energised. Definitely a place I’ll continue to come back to – highly recommend!

We recently had a couple’s date at Perth Cryo and overall it was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the IR sauna, massage rollers, and cryotherapy session. The facilities were clean, relaxing, and the atmosphere made it a really enjoyable and unique date idea. However, we were disappointed with part of the cryotherapy experience. My wife was wearing a bikini with a small metal clasp, which unfortunately froze during the session and caused three minor burn marks. We weren’t clearly advised about avoiding metal items beforehand, and we feel this is really important to highlight for safty.

Had an amazing experience at Perth Cryo! The infrared sauna and cryotherapy left me feeling refreshed, energised, and so much better afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and explained everything, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. The facilities are spotless and have such a relaxing atmosphere.
