I had a HydraFacial with Laetitia and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the whole experience felt incredibly professional and relaxing. Laetitia was fantastic, and the treatment itself was absolutely outstanding. Had a mini facial with Ella yesterday along with a chemical peel and it was really lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was super relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards—so fresh and glowy, even from a shorter treatment. Ella was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely go back and recommend 😊

I had a full body lymphatic massage at Just Skin and my experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Laeti was amazing. We discussed my main concerns in detail, and I never once felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She really took the time to understand my needs, especially as I have a couple of health issues, which made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. During the massage - wow. First cryolipolysis (fat freezing) treatment with Kyla, following a free consultation. Kyla is very professional, friendly and makes you feel at ease. Her knowledge within the treatments she offers is extensive. Kyla explains the treatment at every step and aftercare routine is also covered in depth. My six week follow up appointment was booked too. I highly recommend Kyla and Heatherlea Clinic.
